Peonies
Peonies are long-lived plants that often resent
disturbance. They produce huge flowers, up to 6 inches across,
on strong stems with lush green foliage. Ideal for a perennial border and excellent as a cut
flower. Make sure the plants have enough moisture during dry
weather.
(These sometimes
take two years to establish and produce flowers).

Planting
& Fertilizing
It is
extremely important to make sure there is good drainage where you
plant your bulbs and that you fertilize the bulbs 3 times with a
well-balanced 10-10-10 fertilizer. Fertilize once when
planting, once when they just come above the surface and once right
after flowering.
